Artist: Sore Throat
Genre: Broadway
Background:This incredible play is better
described as an engrossing experience; a well written play
presented with the superb pace. The gripping plot of the play
deals with the treacherous agony of being a suffering, thirty-nine
-year-old housewife. An ailing housewife, whose perfect marriage
has drastically and dramatically turned into an awful disaster,
There are no hopes, no more future obligations; and sometimes
she feels miserable when her past memories haunt her like
pricking thorns. Now she has to decide whether she wants to
live with this agony or she wants to break the shackles. After
some initial thinking she bravely decides to find the salvation
for her. In order to achieve the elusive happiness she is
dramatically attracted towards the new ways of liberation
by her beautiful and younger roommate. Now, whenever, she
feels that is really getting over this treacherous agony,
she unusually feels like she has been badly haunted by her
horrible past memories. These past memories would not really
spare her and her wild and tender ex-husband also causing
problems in her life. Now she has to decide about her life
and priorities. Ultimately she sets on a rigid path that has
a well predictable end.
